Plan A
Pay a one-time annual fee of $2950.00, plus $395.00 for their annual E& O Insurance premium. This plan gives them two months free and includes their Point2 Technologies’ webpage, training and technical support.  Note:  E & O is waived for the first year and will be charged on the date of the Realtor Associate’s first year anniversary.
 
Plan B
Pay $295.00 monthly plus $395.00 for their annual E& O Insurance premium.  This Plan includes their Point2 Technologies’ webpage, training and technical support.  Note:  E & O is waived for the first year and will be charged on the date of the Realtor Associates first year anniversary.
 
Plan C
Pay $35.00 per month, plus a transaction fee of $260.00 will be charged on all transactions. (If you have a single transaction where the commission exceeds $25,000.00, a single payment of $2950.00 will be made and they are then transferred to Plan A.)  They will also be charged an E & O fee of $35.00 every month. Should a commission be earned that is less than $1000.00, a fee equal to 10% of the commission paid will be charged. Every $260.00 collected will be considered a full transaction. In addition, if a Plan C subscriber selects to have a Point2 Technologies’ web page, they will be charged a monthly fee of $25.00.

Election of Plan.
Choose your plan on the form below. All elections of plans will be for a period of one year. On your anniversary date every year you may elect a different plan if you so choose for the ensuing year. If no election is made as of your anniversary date, the current plan will automatically renew for another year.
